How to Use (Using the Adjustable Stand)

1. Assemble the stand and securely attach the red light therapy panel according to the setup instructions.
   
2. Place the stand on a stable, flat surface and adjust the height and angle so the panel directly faces the treatment area. Adjustable stands are designed to position the panel comfortably for different body parts.
   
3. Stand or sit approximately 6–18 inches (15–45 cm) from the panel, depending on your comfort and treatment area.
   
4. Turn on the device and select your preferred light mode and timer.
   
5. Relax during the session, allowing the light to shine directly on the target area.
   
6. When the session is complete, turn off the device and store it in a dry, safe location.
   

How to Use (Using the Wearable Strap)

1. Attach the adjustable strap securely to the red light therapy panel.
   
2. Position the panel over the desired treatment area, such as the neck, back, shoulders, waist, abdomen, arms, or legs.
   
3. Adjust the strap until the panel fits snugly and comfortably against your body without restricting movement.
   
4. Turn on the device and choose your preferred therapy mode and timer.
   
5. Relax or continue with light daily activities while wearing the device during the treatment session.
   
6. After the session, power off the device, remove the strap, and store the panel in a cool, dry place.
   

Tip: For best results, keep the treatment area clean and free from thick clothing so the light can reach the skin directly. Avoid looking directly into the LEDs during operation and follow the session duration recommended in the user manual.
